Positive Action Kickboxing was developed by Master Tull to condition his body and mind for tournament competition. If it works for him, it will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals.
This exciting program, for students 15 years and older, is a combination of martial arts with aerobics and strength training. There’s no “booty shaking” or dancing here! Since Positive Action Kickboxing was created by a martial arts competitor, it will properly teach you techniques that are great for self defense while you are getting yourself in shape. What more can you ask for?
