Mighty Combat Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp was developed by Master "Mighty"Mike Tull to condition his body and mind for tournament competition. If it works for him, it will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals.
This exciting program, for students 15 years and older, is a combination of martial arts with aerobics and strength training. There’s no “booty shaking” or dancing here! Since Mighty Combat Fitness Boot Camp was created by a martial arts champion, it will properly teach you techniques that are great for self defense while you are getting yourself in shape. And unlike some other boot camps THERE'S NO RUNNING IN A MIGHTY COMBAT FITNESS KICKBOXING WORKOUT! What more can you ask for?
